Reishi mushroom extract is more commonly known as “longevity bacteria”. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides is made from Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum ). It contains scientifically proven bioactive compounds that are important for body relaxation, immune regulation, anti-aging, improved sleep and general health.

The main components of organic Ganoderma lucidum extract are triterpenoids, polysaccharides, and beta-glucans, Ganoderma A.

The triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum were mainly distributed in the periphery of the fruit body, and its content increased with the maturity of the fruit body. Some triterpenoids are bitter, while others are not. The content of triterpenoids varies by cultivar, culture conditions and different growth stages. The content of triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum is generally higher.

Beta-glucan has the ability to scavenge free radicals, provide anti-radiation protection, dissolve cholesterol, prevent hyperlipidemia, and fight infection. It is widely used in food, cosmetics, health care products, and other industries.

Polysaccharide

What kind of UV method do you use?

We use PSA, PSA is phenol sulfuric acid, but phenol and sulfuric acid are two different liquids. We use sulfuric acid to hydrolyze the polysaccharide to glucose, then combine phenol and glucose into a colored product, and then use UV to detect the polysaccharide content.
